Ryan is a native Oregonian who attended high school locally at Rex Putnam HS, and is a graduate of Oregon State University.
After college, and prior to entering his family boating business, Ryan had a opportunity to be involved in buying, remodeling and selling homes. He knew the real estate field was where he would end up. Ryan enjoys helping people thru the process of buying and selling real estate. Whether working with first-time home buyers, assisting a seasoned buyer find their dream home, helping clients with investment properties, or assisting a seller with a home they may have lived in for many years.....Ryan's goal is to make that process as stress free as possible. These processes can often be challenging. Ryan has the knowledge, tools, business partners, communication and negotiation skills to address these challenges.
Ryan helped build his family's boating business by being straight forward, honest and a great communicator. He believes communication is key. His family business continually outpaced the national average CSI(Customer Service Index) for the two national brands they represented. They were often in the top few percent nationally. His business model then, and now, is based on a strong, referral-based clientele.
Ryan has a son and a daughter in their teens. He enjoys sports (especially watching his kids play), good food and the outdoors. He would certainly, rather be outside than inside when possible!
