About Ryan

Ryan is a realtor® and is one of only a handful of practicing real estate agents in San Diego to also have their Juris Doctorate degree. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, Ryan studied contract law and property law. During the summers he had the ability to hone his research, analytical, and writing skills while interning at Universal Music in the business legal department and at Interscope Records in the film tv licensing department. While interning, he monitored and managed copyright usage, drafted artist and licensing agreements. He also clerked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and assisted with the litigation needs.

After graduating from Law School, Ryan worked in Los Angeles at a top-tier talent agency as a Junior Talent Agent where he procured employment for actors and actors and aided in the negotiation of multi-million-dollar film and tv contracts.

Ryan returned to San Diego and began working for a small, independent residential real estate brokerage. He obtained his real estate license and had the opportunity to be mentored by a broker who has been assisting San Diegans in buying and selling homes for 22 years. He gained knowledge and experience through his mentorship by working on over one hundred transactions before he began assisting his own clients.

Apart from being a realtor®, Ryan is a proud husband and dad to a beautiful girl. He is an avid soccer player and camping enthusiast.
