Ryan Dacy is a retired U.S. Navy officer with 22 years of service, bringing a mission-driven mindset and a sharp eye for detail to every real estate transaction. After relocating to Maryland multiple times throughout his military career, Ryan knows firsthand the challenges of moving—especially from out of state—and now uses that experience to make the process seamless for his clients.
Having bought and sold homes in Maryland since 2015, Ryan’s passion for real estate goes beyond personal investment—he’s driven to help others achieve their goals, whether it’s finding their first home, relocating with the military, or building a portfolio on the path to financial independence.
Ryan specializes in military moves (including VA loans), waterfront properties, first-time buyers, and out-of-state relocations. He’s familiar with Anne Arundel, Howard, and Prince George’s Counties, and is committed to delivering the same work ethic, coordination, and communication that defined his career in the Navy and as a project manager.
Outside of real estate, Ryan enjoys working out, watching football, and spending time with his wife Macey and their three children. He believes in building relationships built on honesty, integrity, and service—because for him, the client always comes first.
