Ryan DeMar

Ryan serves as the President and Founder of ALIVE Commercial Real Estate. For the last 20 years, his mission has been to help others live an extraordinary life by enhancing their personal and Commercial Real Estate endeavors. Ryan has excelled in many different disciplines of Commercial Real Estate since graduating from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Managerial Economics. He has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate having been a successful broker, manager, developer and principal owner. In addition to ALIVE Commercial Real Estate, Ryan oversees the leasing and management of over 45,000sf of retail and commercial properties, and 78 multi-family units in Northern California.

Ryan’s success is largely attributed to his unrelenting desire to work with people, help them succeed and participate in their development. He has created highly successful real estate professionals, offices, and mentored young professionals through guest lecturing in sales and business classes at California State University, Chico. He has also taken an active role in the Association of Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento, having served as its Treasurer, President Elect, and President.
