In subsequent years I have added “for Boomers” websites for Arizona, California, and the Carolinas.
Through my network of sites I also help real estate developers reach prospective home buyers, and my websites generate more than 10,000 leads per year for Builder100 ranked developers like Shea Homes, AV Homes, GL Homes, ICI Homes, and more.
My experiences working with these companies form the basis of my developer grade marketing program.
I am also the author of Inside the Bubble: Unauthorized Guide to Florida’s Most Popular Community.
What started as a modest mobile home park back in the 1970’s, The Villages in Central Florida has become home to more than 100,000 retirees from all over the world.
The Villages has been the best-selling master-planned community in the country for several years running, and through my book and website I have helped tens of thousands decide if it is the right place for them to retire.
I live with my family in Daytona Beach Shores, and I work out of the RE/MAX Signature office less than a mile away from my home.
