Ryan was always there for me during the home-buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the market and locations and did all he could to assist me with any real estate questions that I had. Ryan Evans is an excellent resource for all your real estate needs. He brings a level of competence that has been honed over years of experience as a realtor and broker. He also brings his knowledge and insight from a legal perspective as well. While Ryan embodies all of these hard skills, he also brings a fine complement of soft skills as well. He is personable, friendly, relatable and has excellent communication skills. One of the things I most admire about my interactions with him both as my realtor and broker on different occasions is his ability to communicate and follow up. Ryan kept me informed on every step and offered advice when asked about best practices. His ability to keep all dates, details and follow up in place and communicated are one of his strongest strengths. I would heartily recommend Ryan for any and all of your real estate needs.

Ryan has helped me with 3 real estate transactions on both the buying and selling side. I have always found him to be professional and a pleasure to work with. He has great insights into the market and sold my primary residence in one week and for much more than asking price! He truly listens to his clients to understand their needs and made all my transactions very smooth. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and has great attention to detail and always follows up.
