Met Ryan in September 2020 when we began hunting for house for Airbnb. We didn't find anything at the time, but because he was so easy to work with, and extremely responsive and informative, I kept his number.

In February, I was searching for a permanent residence in WI, which took me Northeast into Ryan's area. I reached out and he was terrific!!!

Not only did he travel a little further than "normal" to show me a house, but he went to homes I was interested in that I was not able to travel to, to see if they met my criteria.

Found the "right" home and Ryan helped every step of the way. I was moving from another state and he helped with all my questions and then some.

I highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for an honest, responsive, informative, realtor. He went above and beyond with every interaction I had with him.

Thanks to Ryan, I am in the perfect home in WI, in a great neighborhood and couldn't be happier. It all was possible because of him and his expertise.

After the loss of a family member selling the home seem daunting, I didn’t know how I would get thorough it. Talking to a close friend concerning the situation he highly recommended Ryan Foley.

The day I sat down with Ryan at the home his kindness, knowledge, and expertise immediately put my mind at ease. At that moment I knew I had the right realtor.

Ryan took me by the hand and guided me through the process; was generous with his time spending hours answering questions, provided information on all the steps to sell a home in todays market, he explained the selling process, provided info on comps in the area, typical length of time on market, and the importance of professional photography. Ryan also provided me with contractors for the small repairs needed before selling the home.

The home was placed on the market and Ryan had it sold in two days.

He will be the only person I call next time I need to buy or sell a home. My expectations were exceeded and I highly recommended Ryan Foley.
