About Ryan
Ryan Hodges’ grandparents bought a second home in the early 60s and he spent his summers there with cousins. His family moved to Hot Springs, VA, in ’68 and renovated Oakley Farm. His stepfather, Dutch von Schilling, bought into Clarkson & Wallace. In 1985, Ryan returned home with his wife, Mary, and a newborn daughter, Cabell, to join Dutch in Clarkson & Wallace. Ryan’s real estate work, trail running, fishing, and cycling took him to every corner of both counties. He feels that he is so lucky to have been able to focus on the stunning landscape in Hot Springs as a job. He loves his work!
