Ryan Houlihan

Ryan Houlihan, is a principal owner and CEO of Shamrock Acquisitions LLC and owner of Lotus Residential Services LLC. Ryan has 20 years of business experience working in the lending, real estate and construction industries. He is both a licensed Realtor and Builder in the State of Michigan. Ryan’s driven nature helped establish himself as one of the top representatives at Quicken Loans during his decade long tenure. He is a proven prospector and has established an extensive realtor network through building strong relationships in the industry. He is a leader in leveraging strategic relationships and building foundations with the right people. He specializes in creating systems and procedures for all aspects of his companies and has a passion for consistent daily improvement. He is a process-driven entrepreneur with a dynamic background for launching businesses and growing them through “constantly finding a better way”.

Ryan’s extensive knowledge in all business ventures extends to the success, operation and management of mid-size independent companies. His diverse background and over 25 years of entrepreneurship and executive leadership brought him to co-founding Shamrock Acquisitions in 2008 and since that time he has specialized in acquisition and disposition of distressed real estate. Ryan manages day-to-day operations in the acquisition, construction and property management divisions for Shamrock Acquisitions. Ryan has proven to be an efficient and highly organized project manager expanding across all asset classes. Ryan resides in Macomb, Michigan with his wife and two children. Ryan enjoys spending time in Northern Michigan with his family and coaching his children’s Soccer, Football, and Basketball teams.
