There, he was a partner in the award-winning KH Residential team that collectively generated sales in excess of $180 million since 2013 and was annually in the top 1% of Chicago Brokers. Ryan’s sustained success throughout the years is a direct result of his drive and desire to serve his clients with unparalleled professionalism every day. He possesses a strong working knowledge of the current market and knows what is needed to navigate the many layers of a successful transaction from start to finish for buyers, sellers, and developers.
Ryan grew up in the city and was raised all over the Northside of Chicago, living in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and Rogers Park neighborhoods. He attended St. Ignatius high school and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to returning home, he worked as program coordinator throughout Europe for an international sports/recreation company based in Geneva, Switzerland. Ryan currently lives in South Lakeview with his wife and two daughters.
