We used Ryan to buy and sell a house. I can't say enough good things about him. From our first phone meeting to the closing on our dream home, the experience was top-notch. Ryan listened to what we wanted and needed in a home. We were extremely picky as we weren't in a hurry to move, and Ryan took the time to find us the perfect home. With Ryan's assistance, we were able to negotiate the purchase of our dream home for $40,000 less than its original listed price.

Regarding the sale of our home, Ryan's knowledge of the local market was extremely impressive. I never imagined our house would sell for as much as he thought it would, but I listened to him, and we received an offer above asking price within 14 hours of listing. Over 10% more than what I ever thought we could get on our home. What really stood out was Ryan's communication – no matter the time or day, Ryan was always quick to respond and kept me informed at every step.

Ryan made the whole process significantly less stressful than my first home-buying experience with a different agent.

Even though we bought our house with Ryan over a year ago, from when I finally got around to writing this review, I still find myself reaching out to Ryan for his seemingly endless list of recommendations for just about anything. If you're looking for a realtor who's professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares, look no further!

We've worked with several realtors over the years, and all were good, but Ryan is outstanding. He's honest. Fair to all parties. He works hard, answers questions quickly, does a great job helping you prepare and stage your home, and markets like a pro. We had 10 showings our first 2 days on the market! Bonus: he knows great lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, inspectors, and more; I felt we were getting a team. I hope you are lucky enough to work with Ryan.

This may be a little long-winded for some, but for those of you looking to read through someone's personal experience with Ryan, keep reading here.

Ryan was recommended to us through the Dave Ramsey program but you don't have to be working the program to work with Ryan. No pressure there.
Having never sold a home before, we were feeling in over our heads about the upcoming decisions and the to-do lists for selling our home. Meeting with him for the first time, he was able to answer all of our questions without us feeling like he was just telling us what we wanted to hear. He was able to show us graphs and testimonials. He was adequately prepared to tell us about the comps of our neighborhood and area to give us a good idea of what our price should look like. He gave us tips for improving our space and he gave us realistic advice.
He's not in a hurry when he's with his clients and he's not pushy.
He's also responsive to texts and emails. Anytime I had questions or concerns, he was prompt to respond.
Our home was sold quickly and in my opinion, that all comes down to Ryan. He was even able to get us a discount on a moving company just because of his reputation.

Ryan and john greene realtor were absolutely fantastic! We were buying from out of stat. He was able to work around our hectic schedule, putting together an amazing impromptu visit of homes, a week early with almost no notice! We eventually put an offer in on a home seen that day. Ryan is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a house. He was honest and fair negotiating and addressing issues. He provided great recommendations on changes that would make the home more appealing to a buyer including what kind of new light fixtures to install, what paint colors to use, and knobs to change out. Ryan then oversaw the final details of the sale because we live out of state. Ryan has great wisdom and experience on how to fairly price houses. Also, Ryan recommended the real estate attorney, Dean, who was fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough about their help in closing the sale in a very short time frame. We recently sold our house through Ryan Kurtz of John Green Realtor. We’ve bought and sold other properties in the past and Ryan is hands down the best realtor we’ve worked with. At our first meeting, Ryan came in with a solid marketing plan, house value analysis, went through the various steps of selling our house and what to expect at each step.

He set up an outstanding architectural photo brochure that really showed off the inside of our house. He followed that up with drone video of the outside and video footage of the inside of the house. The electronic scheduling application made it easy for us to know when showings, home inspection and appraisal were going to occur.

Ryan is an excellent communicator and kept us informed every step of the way from setting up marketing photography to the final day of closing. We highly recommend Ryan and John Green Realtor!

Ryan was the consummate professional, I know we weren't the easiest clients to work with, we needed extra time to work around our kids while selling our house, and were very picky and particular when buying our new home.
