Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee has been in real estate for almost twelve years! He came to Chicago fresh out of college at Michigan State University with a communications degree and dove right into the business at Keller Williams. He and his mentor Nick Libert moved to Exit Realty for six years where he won a couple Bronze sales awards at Exit Realty Int'll Corp and their business grew year over year. In the fall of 2014, he moved to @properties and continued to be a Chicago Association of Realtor's Top Producer from 2012-17 including being in the top 1% in 2016. April 2018, he moved his business to while partnering with Kim Kappelman

Ryan prides himself with the relationships he establishes with his clients, always putting their best interests first and "not thinking with his wallet"-a phrase he uses often when describing other brokers. It's always best to do what is right for a client and never push sales which he sees in the business all too often. He specializes in listing properties for his clients but also thoroughly enjoys finding homes for people and creating that connection with them as often it will be the biggest thing they buy! Transitioning families from condos to larger homes in Chicago or the suburbs is also a process he enjoys

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Katina and two dogs Cooper and Louie. He loves playing golf, running on the lake, and hanging out with friends as well, but mostly, the conversation turns to real estate!
