About Ryan

Ryan proudly represents the third generation of real estate professionals in his family, a legacy that began with his grandfather's dedication to selling real estate and constructing homes in the Knoxville area during the 1960s and 1970s with Powers Real Estate. Following him, both of Ryan’s parents, Rich, and Patti, have contributed over 30 years of their expertise to the local real estate industry. He actively lists and sells homes, primarily within the Knox, Loudon, and Blount County markets, but he is always prepared to go the extra mile for his clients, even if it means traveling longer distances.

Ryan’s educational journey began at Webb School of Knoxville, and I continued my studies in International Business and Spanish at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where he had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Caroline.

Following Ryan’s college years, he embarked on a unique adventure in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he immersed himself in outdoor activities like skiing, biking, and fishing while also honing his skills in constructing Energy-Efficient homes (LEED Homes).

Caroline and Ryan are the proud parents of two wonderful children, John Bodie and Eliza, who serve as their daily motivation and the driving force behind their dedication to our work. Their children have played an integral role in shaping who they are today.

Ryan’s goal is to make the home-buying process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Leveraging innovative technology, his deep market knowledge, and a strong work ethic, he aims to deliver a superior level of client care and ensure a positive real estate experience for all his clients. Client satisfaction is his priority, and Ryan is ready to work tirelessly on their behalf.
