We discussed what we wanted & Ryan made it happen. We had multiple offers on our home in less than a week! She stayed on top of things during the entire process. Ryan’s ability to secure my family’s home in one of the most prominent suburban communities in Chicagoland shows how great of a Realtor she is. She was able to get our old house sold in what seemed to be record breaking time. She basically sold our old home immediately after closing on our new home!

I’ve know Ryan for over 3 years now. She is a very well balanced individual, that will go above and beyond to get a task completed. She was able to list my home and find a buyer within a week. Never once was I ever in a position where I didn’t know what was going on with the sale of my home. Or felt like I was out of the loop on anything. While also selling my home, I was able to find a GREAT rental property within my budget and within a community I wanted to join. I would highly recommend Ryan for any and all rental/home buying/selling needs.

Ryan was amazing. She listened to everything I was asking for and was so patient with me. Being a first timer homebuyer I had 1000s of questions. Ryan was right there to answer them all. We felt like Ryan really care about us finding our dream home. She was friendly and great to work with but When it comes to Making a deal Ryan is aggressive. She goes to bat for her clients and works to get you what you want for the price you want. Will be recommending Ryan to all my friends.
