Back in June of 202, in the heart of the covid-19 pandemic, we needed to find new rental home.
Given the rising spike in market activity and the reduction of inventory, the stakes were high, and we soon realized we'd need to relocate from Weston/Westport where we'd lived for over twenty years.
Our list of house requirements was plenty - three bedrooms, spots for two home offices and finished basement and garage, not to mention a love of cooking and spending time in the house with four two daughters that, given the pandemic, had been directed to study their college courses from home.
Ryan's market knowledge guided us to consider Stamford, as there were still attractive rentals available. We were fortunate to find an amazing rental in north Stamford's he Glenbrook Section that met all of our needs, especially our rental budget.
He's knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
