My husband and I can't say enough good things about Ryan. We had very specific (and somewhat challenging) criteria for a vacation home/vacation beach rental, and Ryan was diligent in finding us several options in different parts of San Diego county. He has a very low-key (calming) demeanor combined with impeccable customer service--which is a rare combination these days. During the closing process, he anticipated every step and deadline and was proactive in making a remote closing as seamless as possible. We would work with Ryan again in a heartbeat! - Lisa T.

In a nutshell, Ryan exceeded my (high) expectations in every way possible. In less than 24 hours on the market, I had multiple low-contingency offers at full-price. A price, I might add, that I was skeptical we would achieve. But Ryan was more than confident, and so was his supporting team. And it played out beautifully from tasteful staging, targeted pre-marketing, to a packed caravan and well-attended first open house. I'm not an easy seller to represent. As a fast-paced entrepreneur who works from home and has high expectations of the people she works with, I warned Ryan upfront I would be a difficult client. He smiled and said he wasn't worried. Ryan was incredible. He was super responsive, attentive to details (I never had to repeat myself for his sake), he was never frustrated with me, and I can't think of any of my demands he didn't find a way to work with - or at least tell me why I should rethink my position (he was always right!). I could go on and on about Ryan and how he managed my home sale. I had a very strict timeline, a must-hit price and no room to fail. The only reason it has taken me a couple of months to write this review is because after Ryan sold my house, I moved (obviously), bought a company (while still working full-time for myself) and I'm planning my wedding. I couldn't be more thankful for what Ryan made possible for us. - Sara A.
