Hey, my name is Ryan Mauricio!
I have lived in Fall River all of my life and have attended Espirito Santo School (Viva Espirito Santo!) , B.M.C. Durfee High School (Go Hilltoppers!), and Umass Amherst (Go Minutemen!) where I earned my Bachelors in Economics and Minors in Business and Sociology.
I have worked several jobs from Portas Da Cidade to Aldi grocery store to St. Anne's Credit Union all while consistently going to the gym and playing my favorite card game: Yugioh.
My real estate ventures began in the pandemic as I had the desire to purchase property one day and felt the best way to holistically understand real estate is to be immersed in it! So, I got my license in the middle of 2022 and have since sold 6 homes to my amazing clients and look forward to continue to helping out as many people as I can!
