Ryan was truly excellent when working with us to sell our home in the Manayunk, which is where lives. He and his wife gave us a list of projects to complete prior to taking the photos that would help maximize our value and then did some staging work with the house to make it look excellent. It was on the market for 5 days before we had 2 offers, and we ended up taking what seemed like an excellent offer. However, the buyers backed out due to unforeseen circumstances, and when that adversity hit, Ryan really stepped up to reach out to our previous offer and negotiated an even better deal for us than the one we would have had with the first offer. He helped guide us all the way to closing for a smooth finish. Highly recommend this straight shooter and excellent negotiator!

Working with Ryan and DRG was an overall fantastic experience. His tactful negotiation and knowledge of the local market enabled me to obtain and amazing property at a great price.

We purchased our first investment property on March 4, 2021.

If I could give Ryan 10 stars I would. He was super accommodating, knowledgeable and patient.

With his construction background he was able to provide superior insight into the prospective properties. Something which I find invaluable in an agent.

Communication between Ryan, the mortgage and the title company was always timely and accurate.

If you’re looking for an agent with insight and structural knowledge and one that will be by your side and have your best interest at heart, I highly recommend Ryan. You won’t find better.

Choosing Ryan as our real estate agent was our best move as first time home buyers. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the Manayunk real estate market and worked around our schedules to show us houses within our budget. He was proactive and communicated when new houses came on the market that he thought we might like. While we were looking at houses, he would point out things that might increase the value or that would likely need to be fixed/replaced soon.

When we were ready to put an offer in on a house, he worked with us to submit a fair offer. Ryan negotiated with the seller to ensure that all of our contingencies were accepted. He went above and beyond on getting the agreement of sale wording just right to protect us from any unexpected surprises that we might have discovered during the inspection process.

He helped guide us through the inspection and gathering closing documents so that we were able to get into our new house quickly. He also gave us recommendations for everything from the lender to a title company. We would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a house and will be recommending him to our friends!

Would you believe me if I told you that buying a house in 2020 was easy? That's all thanks to Ryan. The only thing I had when I fortuitously walked into one of Ryan's open houses was a dream with no clue how to execute. I didn't even know my price point. But Ryan was so genuine and easy to talk to. He wasn't pushy or aggressive; rather, he was patient and listened to my concerns. It was clear that he wanted to help me, even with only the first step.

There are a million steps to buying a home, but I remained confident throughout the process, because Ryan was there every step of the way. I could text him day or night with questions. He even offered to drive my deposit to the title company himself. Buying a home is a daunting experience and even more so for a first-time home buyer. I'm so grateful for the support of a real estate agent as conscientious and responsive as Ryan. I could not be happier with my new home and my first home-buying experience.

Seriously I'm not exaggerating with 5 stars in very category. Ryan is the best real estate agent in Philly. He helped me come up with a strategy for what my investment should be in my home and guided me in executing that in my home search. Negotiations are super nuanced right here and without Ryans expert tactics I would not have laded my home. Huge kudos to Ryan.
