Ryan Misaresh, LEED® AP is a commercial real estate professional who developed through deep valuation experience. Ryan's Commercial Real Estate career began as a Real Estate analyst with the valuation company Property Sciences in Downtown LA in 2008. Ryan has had involvement in over $275 Million of transactions, through valuation of diverse property types across the United States, brokering sale and lease transactions, or directing ground up development and construction for clients. Ryan possesses an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering and is a LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP). Ryan’s mission on the buy / lease side is to represent up-and-coming companies and help them realize their operational goals. On the sale / landlord side, his mission is to help owners achieve maximum value and optimal occupancy. Ryan has intimate knowledge about the up-and-coming areas of the Los Angeles and Las Vegas valley areas to best point client’s opportunistic investment dollars to. A native of Los Angeles, Ryan has been a Las Vegas resident for nearly a decade and has developed a diverse book of business.
