Ryan Morgan

Ryan Morgan is an analyst on the Multifamily Team at SVN | Wood Properties. A proud East Tennessee native and graduate of the University of Tennessee, Ryan holds a degree in Finance and brings a strong analytical foundation to his role. He supports the Multifamily Team by conducting in-depth research and financial analyses to guide multifamily transactions, always with a focus on helping clients achieve their investment goals. Outside of work, Ryan is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated Tennessee Vols fan. He enjoys spending time outdoors, watching games, and playing golf.
