Working with Ryan Nardozzi was fantastic!! He made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. He researched & priced my condo to sell. He gave me tips to make it look nice for showings. The photos of my condo his team took were spectacular. Ryan patiently explained all the forms I had to sign. In the end, he sold it quickly and over asking price. It all was such a positive experience. Working with Ryan felt like working with family and I highly recommend his real estate services.

Ryan was the perfect realtor. He had an answer to every question, was with us every step of the way, advocated for us, all with a calm warm smile that could melt an ice cap. Our family really leaned on Ryan to guide us and he delivered in both selling our current home and finding and buying our dream home on a tight timeline. I would go as far to say I would hesitate to even open the Zillow app again before contacting Ryan. Thank you for all you’ve done for our family. We really feel like we’ve got best in real estate with employing Ryan!

Ryan was a fantastic agent for both selling our home and purchasing a new one. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicative, and went out of his way to be available to answer all of our questions. We were able to sell our home very quickly for over the asking price, and our new home checks all the boxes we were looking for. Ryan advocated for us every step of the way and we are so grateful!
