Ryan Oliversen

Ryan was born and raised in Madison, he is proud to call this community his home!

Prior to his career in real estate, Ryan had a successful career in technology and wireless communications with a focus on Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement. With that background, he has been able to carry those same qualities and principles over into real estate helping the great people of Madison achieve their home ownership goals. Ryan believes strongly that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but to also educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notch information and market insight, so his clients make the best decision possible. Ryan is a skilled negotiator, and he knows what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.

When Ryan is not collaborating with his clients you can find me spending time with his family. They enjoy the people, seasons, culture, and many outdoor activities available to us. Ryan has also spent over 20 seasons coaching high school athletes in a variety of sports.
