Ryan Park

Ryan Park brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience to his role as Director of Construction for Stevens-Leinweber Construction, where he leads tenant improvement and ground-up projects through their full lifecycle and works with owners to ensure that their specific project objectives are met. In addition to overseeing teams at the project level, Ryan also serves as a mentor for SLC's project management and field staff, committed to identifying and developing talent to ensure all team members are performing at their highest potential and enjoy opportunities to continually grow and advance in their career.

Ryan’s passion for development and construction began early, sparked by a childhood fascination with Legos and erector sets. That same curiosity and drive now fuel his professional approach: breaking down complex projects and schedules to find smart, practical ways to move jobs forward, accomplish customer goals and ensure that SLC is consistently exceeding expectations. In these ways, and so many others, Ryan exemplifies SLC’s mission of 'Promises Made, Promises Kept' through every interaction - demonstrating integrity, reliability, and dedication to employees, customers, trade partners and the many communities in which we build.

Prior to joining SLC, Ryan held senior project management roles at several respected commercial construction firms, where he led general and design-build assignments from concept through completion. His experience spans estimating, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, and on-site execution, with a proven ability to navigate tight timelines and deliver results that meet client goals. He also brings a background in real estate investment, adding to his well-rounded understanding of the full development cycle.
