He did that so well, we asked him to help us find a home to buy and live in, so that took a little longer than 6 days, but with lots of effort from Ryan and his people and reviewing and visiting a large group of homes, he negotiated our purchase of the home we now live in! One of the biggest helps was their knowledge of the properties themselves. I dealt partly with Ryan and partly with Kevin, and was very happy with the service I received from both of them. I know I might have sold my house during a seller's market, but receiving an offer only 8 hours after listing, and for full price.... that was more than I ever expected! I was told up front that the commission would likely be 6%, as that is typical. But when the time came to sign the contract, they charged only 5%, so that was one more thing that made the whole experience just a little better.

On top of that, both guys are very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would certainly recommend them.

Our experience with The Ryan Patton Group was amazing. They set up a search for us on their web site that forwarded us homes in our criteria. The web site was very user friendly. We worked mostly with Kevin and he or another member of their team was always available to show us homes, especially at weird times and on short notice. They took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for.

Once we found the right house to buy they made the entire process painless and efficient. I would recommend them to friends and family.
