Ryan Payne

Ryan Payne is an Evansville native, growing up on the west side and graduating from F.J. Reitz High School in 2010. Before finishing high school, Ryan earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America).

He stayed local, attending the University of Southern Indiana to earn a Bachelor’s in Social Work. While there, he participated in a spring break program in Jamaica performing cognitive assessments for orphans and working with elderly patients in Mandeville.
After graduating, Ryan accepted a role with Texas Roadhouse (where he also met Chuck), progressing into management and corporate roles.

He now serves as a licensed agent, team manager, and administrator for CCRE. Outside of real estate, he’s the Vice President of the Westside Improvement Association, supporting beautification efforts on Evansville’s west side.
