About Ryan

Ryan is the Co-founder and Principal Broker for Rylan Realty Group. Ryan obtained his Real Estate license in 2002 and began his career at one of the area's largest firms. He then joined another firm so that he could acquire additional knowledge and expertise in the investment and rental markets. In 2008, he obtained his Ohio Real Estate Broker's license and branched off on his own to form Rylan Realty Group with his business partner, Alan Longenecker. Today, they operate Rylan Realty Group, a full-service real estate and property management company, from their office in Holland, OH. He is a real estate entrepreneur who is enthusiastic about providing high-caliber service with a small-town feel, which allows his clients to have a distinct advantage in today's market.

Ryan is a lifelong resident of Maumee, where he currently resides with his wife Jennifer, and daughter Abby.
