as a builder i've worked with many listing agents and brokers in the past. the service i received from Ryan Quinn was a whole other level of excellent service. starting with the fact that he convinced me to list my houses for more than i was thinking (and delivered), the great communication and overall seamless process and last but not least, the feeling i get that he cares about selling the place as much as i do. this is my first time leaving a review for a real estate agent and is likely to be my last, since it seems like i need to look no further.
