Ryan listed our home and had it sold in 63 days. Mind you this was during a time when used home sales were slow and the economy was very sluggish. Ryan then helped us search for a larger used home to accommodate our growing family. Ryan took us on several tours of homes and nothing was working out for us. Ryan never gave up and continued to search for that perfect fit. We decided we would to take a look at building a new home and Ryan was totally on board with this. Ryan introduced us to a builder that far exceeded our expectations. My family and I recently moved to Des Moines, IA from out of state and we knew little to nothing about central Iowa, let alone the home buying experience (we were first time home buyers). Ryan was very knowledgeable about all of the neighborhoods in and around Des Moines, and this was very helpful in choosing the right spot/schools for our kids. He was able to find a long list of homes we would actually consider buying (not just list fillers like another realtor we tried first), and if we wanted to see a house he was very willing and available to show it promptly. With him, we were able to find a lovely home in which we are currently living.
