Ryan and Jan did a phenomenal job of working with my wife and I to not just find a home, but to walk us through the home-buying process. As first-time home-buyers, having a team around us to coach us along and provide thoughtful input was a blessing. We appreciated how Ryan and Jan communicated with us, even past "normal" work hours. They were always prompt with responses, and worked very well with the seller's agent, as well as our lender. Highly recommend working with Ryan and Jan!

Ryan went well above what was called for, both before and after our closings. My wife and I bought three duplexes and we're totally happy with each purchases as well as the entire process of acquiring them. We currently live in Denver and will be moving to the Mount Vernon area shortly. Being out-of-state buyers, Ryan made it easy and painless.
After searching for a qualified Realtor and not finding the proficiency or professionalism I wanted, it was a fantastic experience to hook up with Ryan. Our last purchase was a pocket-listing, which means Ryan brought us the deal to look at before it was even listed. Everything worked out well and we bought it for an excellent price without the bidding wars - Thanks Again Ryan!!!
