I called Ryan because we were looking for a house in Roseville and wanted to get his advice on who we should use as a Realtor. Ryan and I go way back so I knew he would shoot me straight. What I didn’t know is he used to live in Roseville so he knew the area well so he said he could help us. If it was an area he didn’t know he would help us find someone who could help. I felt bad, Ryan drove up there multiple days with us to look at homes. He had a good understanding of the construction and potential problems with homes we looked at as well as the positives and possibilities. What can I say! I don’t feel comfortable recommending too many people but won’t hesitate on Recommending Ryan. From our first meeting about listing our home to the closing of the sale, I have never seen a more pro-active agent that kept in touch and always kept us informed. We had some ideas about what we should do to get our home ready to sell and Ryan suggested some other options which were spot on and proved to be the biggest bang for the buck. Also while we were on vacation, Ryan checked up on some construction we had done and even sent us some photos. Selling a home can be pretty hectic but Ryan has the experience to keep you calm knowing that he has everything under control. The only reason I gave him a 5 star rating was because 10 wasn’t an option.
