Ryan Statza

Born and raised in Chicago’s north shore neighborhood, Winnetka, as well has having spent her twenties and early thirties living in three separate Chicago neighborhoods, Ryan has an intimate understanding of the North Shore and Chicagoland communities. Ryan entered real estate in 2015 when she made a major career change from her prior background of CPG sales and marketing, pursuing a career that she’s been passionate about since watching her mom buy and sell investment properties at a young age. Since 2015 Ryan has personally invested in over 30 investment properties that she has flipped for sale or added to her rental portfolio.

Her sales, marketing and real estate investment experience provide her with a unique level of expertise on how to best position your home to sell for top dollar with minimal days on market. Ryan will develop a customized marketing plan when selling your home and can even connect you with her vast network of contractors if a bit of “sprucing up” is in order prior to listing your home.
