Ryan Stewart

Ryan Stewart joined the Mountain West team in 2018 to pursue his passion for commercial retail real estate. Born into a real estate family, Ryan’s dad carved the path for him of what success looked like as a commercial real estate agent and a broker.

Since starting his Real Estate career Ryan has completed 246 transactions totaling over 1,021,313 SF transacted, with a transaction value of $590MM. There is nothing that drives Ryan more than the success of his clients. In 2022, Ryan was nominated for CCIM’s Rookie Broker of the year.

Some of Ryan’s top clients on both the buyer and tenant side include Take 5 Oil Change, International Car Wash Group (ICWG), Roxberry, Fort Street Partners, Evergreen Development, Kimball Investment Properties, and Headwater Capital. In 2022, Ryan facilitated eleven transactions with Take 5 Oil Change with a goal of helping the auto center expand to 25 locations in Utah by 2025. Headwater Capital is one of Ryan’s largest shopping center investment groups, he has helped Headwater complete $30M in transactions in 2022.

Outside of work, Ryan and his wife are avid runners. With multiple marathons on their resume, their greatest joy ultimately is being parents their son Hudson.
