Ryan Virga

Real estate is in Ryan Virga’s blood. The last four generations of his family have been involved in real estate, and, following in his ancestors’ footsteps, he also felt drawn to the industry. He earned a degree in visual communications from San Francisco State University, which gave him the skills to market at the highest level. After his first client became a lifelong friend, Ryan knew he had found his passion.

Ryan understands that properties aren’t really the heart of real estate; it’s people. He forges strong connections with each of his clients, from first-time buyers searching for their dream home to investors looking for the next adventure. Ryan approaches every deal creatively, discovering the unique details and opportunities that others might overlook. He is a true problem-solver, and he effortlessly adapts to anything the market throws at him.

In addition to his career in real estate, Ryan runs a marketing design company, Native Focus. He is also the co-founder and creative director of Giving Football, a nonprofit dedicated to helping underprivileged youth through football.
