Ryan represented us as the buyers. We were purchasing a Short Sale, which under best conditions, can be extremely challenging. Through his tenacity and motivation, he put selfish commissions aside, and fought to get us the lowest price. We ultimately closed at nearly 100k under the asking price. Additionally he educated us on market conditions, and what the reasonable price/square foot was for our geographic location. Ryan also fought to have many well appointed amenities convey. Ryan facilitated the Short Sale efficiently, and made the process pleasurable, as we closed in a mere 3 months from start to finish. His professionalism, and commitment to the client is evident, and we wouldn't have changed a thing. If you are looking for a house in the West End/Glen Allen/Henrico area, go to no one else other than Ryan Vlasic. He is your man! Ryan is not only dedicated, knowledgeable, committed but knows to hear you out, comprehend your requirements, understand your financial thresholds and then make suggestions. He will not overwhelm you and push you to view properties which he does not feel fit your needs and instead exercises patience in his approach towards shortlisting properties fitting your profile. But the part that I liked the most and I think uniquely defines his way of dealing with customers is his honesty, which I think is becoming a rare commodity in this business - reason I say that is because in my viewing properties there were times when I would be overlooking problems or not understanding the magnanimity of them and get drawn towards making an offer but Ryan would point out the issues and help me make a better decision. Ryan was the consummate professional through every step of our home purchase process. He knows the market. He understood our needs. He showed us our dream home and when it had multiple offers he got us the house. He advocated for us through the inspection process and was knowledgeable about exactly what to request from the seller regarding repairs. When a small snag arose on the sellers end which caused a delay in closing he was in constant contact with us providing updates and pushing the process along to get the quickest close he could as he truly understood our time frame and scheduling needs.
