Ryan Walseth (aka Wally) is a licensed realtor/partner at TAYLRD Real Estate powered by Pemberton RE. Ryan is a hardworking, creative entrepreneur of 20+ years of working professionally. After being employed for just a few years he ventured into the world of self-employment in 2005 and never looked back.
In 2007 Ryan added real estate investment and property management to his portfolio. Over the past 12+ years he has managed five properties, 17 units maintaining a stellar occupancy rate of 99.8%.
Amidst the other companies, Ryan co-founded a tech start-up in 2011, growing and running operations for a team of five employees and seven interns. As a leader, equity fundraiser, coach, and manager of a 30,000+ subscriber database, Ryan earned, what he calls, his “Street Smarts MBA”.
Every step of Ryan’s 20+ year professional career he has been a motivated, and creative self-starter across multiple industries where customer experience, service and follow-through are vital to success. His ability to learn, grow, balance, and excel in several verticals simultaneously, makes him perfectly equipped to handle the diverse challenges presented in every real estate transaction.
