Ryan was very helpful right from the start. Buying a house is intimidating especially when done from across the country. He was quick to make contact with us and made sure we knew that he was present and ready to help us find our new home. Very patiently during the process, he took the time to explain and make sure we were on track from day one to closing, especially when we started to get more stressed about the process. He kept us focused on the goal and was always helpful and honest. Definitely a pleasant experience and a realtor I will recommend to anyone.

I cant even begin to say how awesome Mr West is. I have referred him to any and every person I meet looking into home buying. Man is constantly working for you and during my process was able to negotiate so good it was insane. This man is legit going to make anything you want work somehow someway he might be a wizard I cant say enough about his willingness to make sure you are well taken care of and more than happy when its all said and done. You should absolutely hire Ryan as your real estate agent! A true pro with exceptional knowledge about the market in the greater Hampton Roads area. I was in the process of buying and selling a house at the same time. It seemed daunting, but Ryan made it incredibly smooth and easy. Some real estate agents I have worked with lacked communication skills. This is not the case with Ryan. He frequently communicates, but more importantly, he is articulate. If I didn't understand something he explained it simply. He will give you pros and cons of each option for buying or selling and map out a timeline tailored to you for key events that occur throughout buying and selling. Ryan is not the type of agent that is in it solely for the money. He cares about his clients. If I look to buy or sell in the Hampton Roads area again, I'm hiring Ryan.

Ryan was extremely helpful during this crazy market, and was always going above and beyond to make sure that we secured a home that fit our needs. Ryan was charismatic, personable, and quick to answer any questions that we had. As someone who has dealt with multiple Real Estate Agents in the past, I would say that not only is Ryan unequivocally a step above what I have seen.. Ryan was a tremendous help with finding places that fit within your budget, wants and needs. Always prompt to respond to questions, on time to showing, and upfront honesty about the home. Also helpful with explaining the process, how things work, why certain things are done a certain way, and made sure you are informed of changes and walked you through every step of the home search and buying process.
