Over the past decade, he has had an amazing chance to become financially independent through real estate investing and he has also been able to help hundreds of individuals accelerate their journey to financial freedom. But it was not always that way.
In fact, a few short years ago he was a broke student doing whatever it took to make ends meet. He went down the traditional path of working his way through school, earning his college degree, and landing a high-paying sales job at a Fortune 50 company selling sugar water.
He quickly learned that the skills needed to master that role would only help him climb the corporate ladder, a 30-40 year endeavor that would require a relentless dedication to that company. The truth was his employer actually did not want him to become wealthy and independent. This crushed his soul. He had butterflies in his stomach every Sunday night, apprehending the week ahead.
He spent all of his nights and weekends searching for a way out. He read every self-improvement book, listened to every podcast on entrepreneurship, and spoke with anyone who was more successful than him in his network.
Then one day, the lightbulb went off. He realized the only way to become the best version of himself and achieve his goals was through owning his own businesses and investing in real estate.
Since then, he quit his corporate job and has played almost every role in the industry, including investor in real estate across a dozen states, wholesaler, real estate agent, property manager, leasing agent, private money lender, capital partner, and most recently, real estate developer building new construction homes.
As COO of Real Estate Skills, he is passionate about helping anyone who wants to go all-in on real estate and change their life, just like he did.
