Sale went very smoothly. The fact that S Elaine McDonald could turnkey repairs/clean out/staging with me being remote was a definite plus. Agent, support staff, attorney were all very responsive and professional.

Never really had a worry because of total trust and faith that Elaine and the team would take care of it. And they did. Met every challenge with vigor and grace. We encountered a mold situation that seemed insurmountable to us, but because of Elaine's knowledge and experience, her analytic approach, and ability to connect with other professionals, she alleviated my stress and took care of the situation!
