I was able to sell my house for more than I asked for because of Sabina. I didn't think it was possible, I talked to multiple agents and they promised a lot but were willing to do so little! Sabina staged my entire home, marketed it perfectly, negotiated the offers and that was it. I just had to wait and enjoy the process while they were doing the work. Thank you!

Sabina's attention to detail and to my needs as a client are amazing!! she always keeps up with me and is extremely informative in topics that I was unsure about. The most important thing about a realtor is knowing you can trust them. Buying real estate is an investment , one of the biggest you can make in your life. Its scary and stressful as it is! However, Sabina elevates the stress with her professionalism and communication. We dealt with a lot of realtors in the past and all of them had something in common ,they would come collect house info , put house on multiple listings and wait for potential buyers to call . When we hired Sabina ,she did complete opposite ! She helped us to stage our house (even brought up her own décor to make wow pictures), she was calling with updates during selling process and when we needed to ask her a questions she would respond back quick. If we need to sell or buy real estate in the future ,we know whom to call !!!

Where do I start? There are so many good things to say. I have sold five homes in my 60 plus years and this has been the best experience by far. Let’s start with the money. Sabina and her team knew the market and where to price the home. I had an offer within five days for well over the asking price. The Team's knowledge of the market also saved me the money that I was going to put into upgrades. Sabina said that given the market upgrades were not necessary. I trusted her judgement and saved the money. The listing and the sale were painless. All I had to do was stay out of their way and watch. Sabina and her team took care of everything. If I decide to buy again, Harmony Homes by Sabina and Company is my go-to. You cannot do better.
