My husband and I weren't planning on selling but we happened to go to an open house and it turned out to be the home of our dreams! Sable made the whole process easy as could be. She gave us advice on what the priorties were to get done in our home to put it on the market. In 3 1/2 days, we had 13 offers on our home and accepted a bid that was well over our asking price. We closed on the home we were selling and the home we bought on Friday and we couldn't be happier! (Well maybe we could be happier if fairies came and unpacked and organized while we sat lakeside in our new backyard!)

I don't even know where to start. Sable has been such a blessing since the moment I spoke to her on the phone. I am a first time home buyer and she explained every single information and detail I needed to know from day one.Treated me and the rest of my family as her own family and I'm so very blessed I had found her. I was asking more than 100 questions at a time every single day and possibly repeating questions and Sable was there on the phone with me to guide me and explain everything to the tea and was still such a beautiful soul towards me that I cannot thank her enough. She closed on my forever home today and if it wasn't for her I would not know the information And knowledge I have now. She helped me every single step of the way and I am BEYOND GRATEFUL. Sable was our realtor when purchased 12.59 acres and we couldn’t be happier! She was extremely knowledgeable not just about the land but the whole process. She made it so easy! As an out of state buyer, I appreciated her willingness to “walk through” the land with us via facetime and then again in person with the seller the day before closing. I especially appreciated her willingness to answer all of my crazy questions! I definitely recommend her!

We are from NY and hope to move to the chapin area within the next couple years. I stumbled across Sables name from a listing online. Ever since I reached out to her( a year ago)she has bent over backwards to help us via e-mail, texts and video chats. This week we got to experience chapin, as we traveled to see it in person. Sable took her entire day to show us the area. She printed out maps, explained the history of the area and toured us around for hours. She feels like family to us now! She went above and beyond and then some, taking us to local parks, restaurants and snowballs for the kids! She is a true gem! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sable. She met us at Timberlake, took us to se a house or two until we saw our present home. Sable advised me on the colors and many other issue pertaining to a new home.
