Safwan Patel has been working and becoming familiar with the downtown area since he moved from Michigan, 10 years ago. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor's Degree and is excited to use all that he has learned to provide exceptional customer service. We will take a collaborative approach to ensure the clients find the best property out there, in the areas they are interested in.

He finds pleasure in assisting others whether it be a student rental property or a home for a family to grow in. He has worked with various clients throughout his time in real estate, ranging from college students to families, to people interested in investment. Every experience is unique to him and he hopes to build lasting relationships.
