As the son of Kane and Debra Francetich, who own and manage three multi-unit properties in Moscow, he became interested in property management, real estate investment analysis, and remodeling at a young age. Sage attended the local elementary, middle, and high schools, and graduated from the University of Idaho with his Bachelor's in Marketing in just 3 years. As the owner of SF Drones, LLC and as a fan of social media marketing, you can find cool drone videos on his Facebook and Instagram pages. Sage's knowledge of single family, multi-residential, and commercial investment markets on the Palouse combined with his cheerful demeanor and problem-solving skills him a valuable asset to any investor, homeowner, or home buyer. Sage is also the Broker/Owner of Green Grass Real Estate, which is a licensed brokerage in Pullman, Washington.

A few of Sage's hobbies include biking, hiking, camping, cooking, soccer, and homebrewing. He also enjoys foraging mushrooms, and likes to remain involved in the community as a volunteer. He serves on several boards as well as Moscow's Fair and Affordable Housing Commission. You'll can often find him at local restaurants, stores, events, fairs, and workshops in Moscow, ID.
