SAID RASTEGAR – BIOGRAPHY

Said is a long-time resident of Houston, and has been living in Northwest Houston for almost 25 years. He brings over 25 years of business and management experience in a variety of industries from engineering, the entertainment industry, and as a business entrepreneur.

Said’s entrepreneurial experience includes being a successful national retail food franchise owner, the owner of a successful national retail bakery franchise, and a real estate investor. This experience will be extremely valuable to his clients because of his knowledge of customer service, marketing and promotion, property management, negotiating leases and contracts, construction, obtaining funding, and property investment.

Said’s specialty is commercial real estate focusing on investment properties, development and leasing of shopping centers, land, condominiums and other buildings. He is familiar with the Greater-Houston area, local neighborhoods and the market trends in Houston. He is a true professional and provides a wealth of knowledge and experience, and exceptional customer service, to his clients.

Said is a graduate of Texas Southern University with a Master in Industrial Engineering. He has been married for over 20 years and he is the father of a son, who is attending school in Spring ISD. Said enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and entertaining.
