My service areas include the Main Line communities of Wayne, Berwyn, Paoli, and Malvern, along with Phoenixville, West Chester, Collegeville, Havertown, Media, and Newtown Square.
With more than 85 successful home sales across Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Counties, my approach combines deep local market knowledge with clear strategy. I focus on accurate pricing, strong marketing, and confident decision making so clients can move forward without stress or second guessing.
Since 2020, I have served on the Agent Leadership Council and currently act as a Market Center Tech Trainer and Education Task Force member. In this role, I personally mentor and onboard more than 260 agents one on one, helping raise the standard of practice across our market center.
Over the last three years, through my AI training and education work, I have had the honor of serving more than 1,000 Keller Williams agents across Greater Pennsylvania and several other states, both in person and on Zoom. My focus is not on chasing tools, but on using AI in practical ways to price homes more accurately, market listings more strategically, and help clients make faster, more confident decisions.
