My husband and I recently decided in the chaos of the crazy housing market to sell and upgrade our home since we were expecting our second child.
We had no idea how crazy the market truly was!
We were referred to Saireth Garcia and I am truly grateful for that.
This was not our first home buying experience so I have some comparisons to go off. Our first experience with our realtor was exhausting and ended very badly. It’s true when they say to make sure you find someone you truly connect and trust for this process because it’s a journey.
Saireth did an incredible job from day one meeting our needs. She felt more like a partner than anything.
When I the pregnant woman was having frantic moments she stepped in calmly and always was able to meet me where I was and my energy to make sure I felt better throughout the process.
She was consistent, reliable, respectful, honest, committed and experienced in her job.
She was always available weekends, nights and mornings even if via text.
She made sure to not only get us an incredible offer on our home but when crunch time came to find a new home she showed up in every way.
She met us between her kids sporting events to view homes, she sent us new homes on weekends, last minute she would drive to homes if we couldn’t make it and do virtual walk through and was persistent in finding us a home we loved.
I can’t recommend her enough.
She is easy to adore and such a kind soul.
I appreciate the experience and we couldn’t be happier with our home.

Saireth took the time to get to know what me and my husband were looking for in our new home. In such a competitive market and with our busy schedules we were very satisfied with her ability to quickly coordinate times for showings and within less than 1.5 months we found our dream home. She was very transparent throughout the full process. We were very lucky to have been recommended with her.
