As we had purchased real estate previously without a buyer's agent, we were skeptical of the added value of going with one for our recent home purchase. From start to finish, however, we were beyond thrilled that we worked with Sal. He is responsive, patient, highly knowledgeable of the field, in tune with clients' preferences, and completely comfortable articulating what you, the clients, are often having trouble saying to buyer's agents, lawyers, home inspectors, etc.

Sal went above and beyond, always, and never once made us feel as if we were wasting his time (even though, at times, I'm sure we were). He is highly networked in the area and can guide you to the appropriate resources quickly and cost effectively; we were as satisfied with all of his recommendations as we were with the work that he, himself, did each day for us.

We recommend Sal highly, and we hope that everyone's experience can ultimately be as rewarding as ours was.

My wife and I decided to move to the Upper Valley earlier this year. We went up there to explore the area and, through a stroke of luck, we met Sal. At that point, the idea of buying a house up there was more or less a dream - we didn't know the first thing about houses or the process involved.

Sal was, quite simply, amazing. From the very first day we met, when he took time out of his work day (I'm fairly sure he skipped lunch) to sit with us and explain the whole process - without us even committing to working with him - all the way through the following 5 months, he was one of the most helpful people I have _ever_ worked with.

Throughout the whole process (we saw over 20 houses in a period of 3 months!), Sal was always responsive, always good humored, and _always_ our advocate. His advice was invaluable when it came to understanding the market, whether a place was worth the asking price, information about the towns in the area, and so on. He helped us negotiate with sellers - never dictating his opinion to get the best deal for himself, but always as someone looking out for our best interests.

I simply can not recommend Sal enough. I honestly believe we wouldn't have bought a place without his patience and guidance. That meeting in the Upper Valley was a complete coincidence, but a very happy one!

As my husband and I were first time home buyers we couldn't have asked for a better relator in naviagating the home buying process, especially over this past year and half. Sal is an individual that I knew cared about my husband and myself and was genuine about wanting to find us a house that was as close to perfect as you can get in today's market! His response time in answering my emails and sending listing was beyond any of my expectations. As a worrier, I never felt stressed waiting to hear back from Sal.

Having recently closed on our first house, Sal made the process a breeze and we are going to miss our weekly emails and interactions with Sal, he was more than a relator to us, he is a now a friend that we have in our community!

We couldn't recommend Sal more, if you are new to the home buying process or looking to put your house on the market!

We had a wonderful experience working with Sal! We would gladly recommend anyone to him and would certainly work with him again. Sal was patient with us worked through all our ups and downs for close to a year. He never pressured us into anything and understood our unique needs in our house search. He navigated us through a contract we were under that ended up being a poor choice. He was also there as we put another offer in on our dream home a week before COVID-19 lock down and was there every step of the way until closing in the middle of so much unknown. He worked everything through like a champ and calmly even when we were falling apart. He was always prompt to respond and I truly felt we could reach out anytime. He set up times for us even if he couldn't make it and would always check in with us shortly after. We could not have found a better realtor that was easy to talk to have our vision and made the legal stuff so much easier to understand. It was almost sad when we closed as Sal had been part of daily life for so long.
We certainly would consider Sal a friend at this point.

Sal was the second realtor we worked with in only three months of house hunting in 2019 and we're very happy we worked with him when one of our offers was finally accepted. He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew what to look for when viewing houses and the offer process, which is typically a nerve-racking experience, went very smoothly with his help. He also did an amazing job with subsequent negotiations. Sal is always very quick to respond to calls, emails, and text messages and let us know as soon as anything happened along the way. He really took a lot of stress out of buying a home and we couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience!

He is extremely responsive, professional, informative and he helped us find our new new home from afar (FaceTiming with us for the house tour while we were out of state).
