A native Austinite, Sal brings a unique knowledge of Austin and the surrounding communities to his relationships through Realty Austin. His involvement in the Austin community has ranged from the music industry to co-founding two e-commerce web-based companies which amassed clients and customers in over 25 countries, solidifying partnerships with the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau and SXSW, and finally to starting his own real estate investment portfolio in the Austin and San Antonio real estate markets.
Sal has spent a part of his real estate career specializing in new construction developments in and around Central and South Austin. During this time, he closed over 300 homes working with a local developer and Fortune 500 company. He was awarded the Austin Home Builder’s Association Million Dollar Club Award for 15 consecutive quarters.
This unparalleled experience has given Sal a set of skills that have proven crucial when negotiating on behalf of his buyers and sellers. From walking a seller through the steps of getting a property ready to list to welcoming people into their new homes, Sal appreciates how essential it is to help buyers and sellers with every step of their real estate transaction.
