Salam Powers was AMAZING to work with!! This was my first time purchasing a home and she walked me through this process step by step. She is very patient, kind, knowledgeable, caring, and was very understanding of my needs and what I was looking for in a home. And most of all she did not let me feel pressured or bullied by anyone to buy something that I was not ready to purchase or was not worth the money. I wish I had the means because I would by more houses just to have the experience that I had working with her. A+++++++ GO SEE HER RIGHT NOW!!!

I consider myself very lucky to have gotten Salam as my realtor. I flew in from Los Angeles to look at a specific house. I called the listing office to view it,and luckily for me Salam was the agent who was available for a showing. I had every intention of shopping for a realtor, they are not all equal. We have been working together every since that was 2018. She went above and beyond on all fronts, found me an excellent investment property within a couple of weeks we were in escrow. She not only understands the market but goes out of her way to to make you understand that you are a priority. We are currently working on my next investment. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Just an update, we have closed escrow on 3 houses, during a very hot spring market. We had time restrictions because it was a 1031 exchange. It was an incredible amount of work on her part she never lets anyone down. I am now looking for my next property. You will be lucky if she takes you as a client.

I would recommend Salam to anyone trying to purchase a property. I purchased a 3-unit apartment building in a hot market and a hot location, and with her advice and negotiating skills, we were still able to reduce the list price by $25,000. Salam is very responsive and gets the job done. I can be very meticulous and insistent with negotiations, and Salam handled my requests promptly, advocated on my behalf, and ultimately got the results I wanted. Thanks Salam!

Salam is quick and very knowledgeable which was essential in such a crazy market. We were able to close on the perfect house because of all her hard work!! She knows where and when to negotiate and I knew we were in good hands throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
