Sal has been a real estate professional since 2004. He decided to become a realtor after being laid off from a job he had dedicated myself to. After the layoff Sal knew he had to find a career where he was in control over his future. Sal knew he had a passion to help people and wanted a career where he could set his own goals with no limit for growth. He has found that passion in real estate. As the market has changed so much in the ten years, Sal has been in this field he has also had to change with the market. He used to find myself giving daily listing presentations that included what the owner would net after the sell, he now finds himself helping people out of homes that they are upside down on. Even the loans are so much different in today’s market. In the beginning of Sal’s career, a person could work at McDonalds and get into a home worth half a million dollars. Now even his clients with solid money in the bank have to jump through hurdles at times to get into a home. It is a harder market, but it also empowers Sal to grow, and challenges him to meet the needs of his clients. Sal speaks English and Farsi.
