The best decision I could’ve made during the home buying process was having Salena as my realtor. She was there every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I decided on new construction for my first home and I was so grateful to have Salena by my side, what a scary process it would’ve been alone! Salena was absolutely amazing. She really exceeded our expectations. From the initial meeting we had in our home we new we had made the right decision going with Selena Garza and the Benchmark team. Our go live date for our house was suppose to be after the Memorial Day weekend but she suggested we go live that weekend and did it pay off. We had an offer after one day on the market which we accepted and sold the house. She was extremely responsive and really went to bat for us and advertised our house like crazy on all the social media sites before the house even went live. Salena made the whole selling process a breeze. She was extremely responsive anytime when we had questions. She went to bat for us and kept us from unnecessary items that the buyer wanted fixed after home inspection. She gets a 20 out of 10. Salena Garza is who you want as your agent when buying or selling a home. She is amazing and has your best interests in mind. Did I mention Salena got us $40,000 more than we expected our home was even worth. All in all fantastic experience working with Salena and we will recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. You rock Salena.

Salena was referred to us from a family friend and we couldn’t have found a more amazing, thoughtful, and hard working real estate professional to help us find our first home.
